Ticket sales are often a major stressor for promoters.  We will work with your team to create the most ideal platform for your op sales as well as managing inventory based off the schedule to keep the event flowing smoothly.

Your Photo Op area needs ample space to run efficiently. We’ll help you optimize your layout to set you up for success.  

In live events, efficiency is key. POSE can help you optimize your schedule that runs smoothly for you, and your talent.  We will also work with talent agencies/management to ensure their talent is spending less time traveling to and from photo ops.

For customers, Photo Ops can be an overwhelming experience. Using your branding, POSE will assist with signage needs so that your customers have a enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

Our experienced staff will train your employees and volunteers on the different areas of the operation. 

Our custom built digital download retrieval system is personally developed for our system.  POSE will offer this service so that your customers have peace-of-mind when it comes to downloading and sharing their photos on social media.

POSE backs up your images indefinitely, so fans can download their images even years down the road

We use state-of-the-art software to ensure a smooth system and operation.

The Photo Op area needs ample space to run efficiently. We are able to work with your floor designer as well as your venue contact.  We’ll be flexible and understanding while also setting the operation up for a successful event.

In live events, efficiency is key. POSE can handle 100% of the photo op scheduling.  We’ll work off of your programming schedule, making sure to avoid conflicts.  POSE also works with talent agencies/management to ensure their talent is spending less time traveling to and from photo ops.

POSE has a large roster of experienced staff members most with 20+ events under their belts.  

Utilizing our experience and technical know-how, POSE will handle the entire set-up and teardown process.  

Using our ticket partner, we are able to handle 100% of on-site ticket sales so that all of the pre-sales are integrated flawlessly.  Our experiences sales staff also acts as an on-site help center for fans with more technical questions

Crowd management is the single most underrated aspect of an event.  We are able to keep fans calm and collected while also informed as to where they need to be and when.

Professionalism is key inside the photo booth.  The revolving door of talent, agents, VIP’s, fans can all be overwhelming.  Our professional demeanor mixed with a welcoming environment not only creates a sense of ease but also makes for an enjoyable experience for everyone!

Using our top of the line print system, customers are able to have their photo op in hand less than a minute after their photo op is taken!

Fans often want additional copies of their photo ops, we are able to offer additional prints that can be purchased directly from the print area.

Customers can never be too informed.  We have an experienced design team whose main goal is to create an easy to follow and understand photo op area.  We want fans to always know where they are going and what is going on.
